Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.  At Beauty is Me, yout health is our top priority. Because our lip care items are personal-use cosmetic, we do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the integrity and hygine of every product delivered. 

If you receive  a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will happily work to resolve the matter. 

To keep your lip scrub fresh, effective and safe for daily use, follow these simple tips:

• Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, your care, or near heat sources to prevent melting.

• Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use to maintain cleanliness and freshness

• Apply with clean hands or directly from the tube to avoid intoducing bacteria into the product. 

• Use within 6-12 months of opening for best quality and results.

Our scrubs are made with natural ingridents like coconut oil, and olive oil, so minor texture changes are normal and do not affect performance.
